As you may have gathered from the writings on this site, and from dealing with us in the past, we are VERY service based and truly want you to love the eyewear that you have purchased from us.  With that said, we extend to our clients,  a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.  This means, that if within 60 days of purchasing a set of prescription glasses, you are not satisfied with the fit, colour, lenses etc, we invite you to come back in and let us work with you to find a successful solution…that leaves you satisfied!  So often even just the simplest adjustment can turn an uncomfortable frame into a snug, comfy fitting, set of eyewear.

The same can be said about progressives that just aren’t working as well as you expect them to; often it is simply a matter of adjusting the lenses to their optimum resting place for maximum viewing pleasure.  Other times though, the lenses just aren’t compatible with the wearer (there are 400+ types of progressive lens designs) and we just need to switch you into another design which, with our lengthy time in the field, we will be able to determine for you.  All we ask is that you help us, by letting us help you.
